A natural healthy appearance

As some of you may know I also work as a professional dancer, so being physical
from early morning till late night is a big part of my life.

I love being active, it makes me feel alive in the moment,
it boostes my confidence and makes me smile.

Physical activity like running, bicycling, stretching, swimming, walking the dog,
push ups, laughing and dancing are great ways to release energy and sweat
that will benefit your heart and your muscle tone.

Good blood circulation is essential to maintaining a natural healthy appearance.
Depending on your daily schedule, I would suggest you to do a
20-40 minute workout everyday.
